Carly Feldman is a professional dancer, choreographer, dance educator, and hair and makeup artist whose work spans professional sports entertainment, competitive dance, theatrical performance, and dance education throughout Connecticut, New York, and Boston.

As a dancer and choreographer, Carly creates and performs large-scale productions for professional sports organizations, including the NBA’s Brooklyn Nets, NFL’s New York Jets, MLB’s Boston Red Sox, and WNBA. Her choreography specializes in large ensembles, incorporating dynamic formations, staging, transitions, musicality, and visual concepts designed specifically for arena and stadium audiences. Carly has also performed and choreographed at Walt Disney World and has appeared on New York stages including the St. James Theatre on Broadway, New Amsterdam Theatre, and twice in a Times Square showcase.

Carly’s background also includes extensive ballet and theatrical experience. Through New England’s Nutcracker, she has performed principal and featured roles including Snow Queen, Dew Drop Fairy, Sugar Plum Fairy, and Arabian Princess, while also choreographing Waltz of the Flowers and Arabian. She has additionally performed with Albano Ballet Company in productions of The Nutcracker and Peter and the Wolf.

Competitive dance has played a major role in Carly’s development as both a performer and choreographer. Throughout her competitive career, she has earned multiple regional and national solo titles and national solo wins across multiple years. Her choreography has also received titles and recognition for solos, duos, trios, and group productions, including award-winning pieces in which she has personally performed.

Carly studied Dance with an education focus at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and was a member of the UMass Dance Company/Team. Her specialties include jazz, tap, contemporary, lyrical, ballet, pointe, acrobatics, and hip hop.

Today, Carly brings that experience directly to the next generation of dancers. As a dance educator and choreographer, she teaches multiple classes each week across jazz, tap, contemporary, lyrical, hip hop, acrobatics, ballet, and pointe. She also teaches and prepares dancers for Nutcracker productions and leads College Dance Prep Clinics, helping dancers strengthen their technique, performance quality, audition preparation, and readiness for collegiate dance programs. Carly also serves as a teacher and choreographer for the Step Up 2 Dance Convention.

Beyond the stage and studio, Carly serves as Lead Chairwoman of The Limelite Project, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting women and children in need. Through leadership, fundraising, events, and community outreach, Carly has helped contribute to efforts that have raised approximately $80,000, combining her passion for dance with a commitment to making a meaningful impact in the community.

In addition to her dance career, Carly is a hairdresser at Vima Salon and a bridal and event hair and makeup artist, specializing in professional salon services as well as polished, performance-ready and special-event looks.

Whether she is performing for thousands, choreographing an arena-scale production, teaching a weekly class, preparing a dancer for their next audition, or giving back through The Limelite Project, Carly is passionate about creating opportunities for young performers to grow in confidence, artistry, discipline, and their love of dance.

HIP HOP • TAP • JAZZ • LYRICAL

Brooke Feldman has been dancing for over 20 years, and dance has been a lifelong passion. She specializes in jazz, hip hop, lyrical, and tap, and has earned numerous regional and national titles throughout her competitive dance career. Brooke has performed across the United States, including appearances in the Walt Disney World Parade, The Saint James Theatre in New York City, and at premier venues such as Madison Square Garden, Mohegan Sun Arena, Foxwoods Resort Casino, the Providence Dunkin' Center, Webster Bank Arena, Yale University, the University of Connecticut, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and Downtown Disney.

In addition to her performance experience, Brooke is an accomplished choreographer whose work has earned regional and national recognition. Her choreography has been showcased on Broadway stages, at Walt Disney World, and in major arenas throughout the Northeast. Most recently, her choreography has been featured at Madison Square Garden, MetLife Stadium for the New York Jets, and Barclays Center during NBA and WNBA events.

Beyond dance, Brooke is deeply committed to community service and youth mentorship. She was part of the founding group of The Limelite Project: Girls for Girls, a nonprofit initiative that empowers young women through leadership, mentorship, and service. Through fundraising events and community partnerships, the organization has raised over $70,000 for local nonprofits, including the Women & Family Life Center and New Reach New Haven.

Brooke graduated Summa Cum Laude from Salve Regina University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and minors in Business Administration and Human Services. While at Salve, she served as President of The Dance Club, where she led over 100 dancers through weekly rehearsals, coordinated performances, developed fundraising initiatives, and built partnerships with campus organizations. Brooke planned and managed large-scale dance showcases each semester, overseeing choreography, music selection, lighting, promotion, and event logistics. Through her leadership, she fostered an inclusive and supportive environment that encouraged dancers of all experience levels to grow both artistically and personally.

As an instructor, Brooke combines her extensive dance training with her background in psychology and child development. Having taught dance for many years, she is passionate about helping students build confidence, develop strong technique, and discover their love for dance in a positive and encouraging environment. She believes dance is a powerful tool for fostering creativity, resilience, teamwork, and self-expression in young people.

Brooke will be attending Southern Connecticut State University to pursue her Master's degree in School Psychology, where she will continue her commitment to supporting the academic, social, and emotional growth of children and adolescents.

HIP HOP, LYRICAL, TAP

Marina started her 25 years of dance training at Limelite in Wethersfield, CT in 1993. She has since dedicated herself to dance. She has studied jazz, tap, hip hop, ballet, lyrical, and pointe.

Through Limelite, she has been involved in classes at Broadway Dance Center in New York City, where she was introduced to dancers such as Frank Hatchett and Slam, as well as participated in Starbound competitions, where she placed at high gold and platinum. She has also participated in the Rockette Experience dance classes in New York City. Marina has also choreographed and performed for Mohegan Sun Arena Lacrosse and Basketball as well as traveled with the Limelite Dance Team to Main Street USA in Disney World where she has choreographed dance team performances for the Epcot stage.

CONTEMPORARY, BALLET, POINTE, YOGA, TAP

Growing up in Madison, CT, Monica found a home and love for dance at Limelite Dance Studio. From her first tap class with Miss Tracy came an extensive study of dance. Monica auditioned for and attended ACES Educational Center for the Arts for her high school education, located in New Haven, CT. With a concentration in dance, Monica studied ballet technique, contact improvisation, modern dance history, Modern, African dance, yoga, and more. Monica’s study for dance brought her to travel to the Shanghai Theatre Academy in Shanghai, China, where she collaborated with dance students and instructors. Monica began having choreography showcased on stage when she was 15.

Monica attended Hofstra University, located in New York, earning dual-degrees in Management and Marketing all while continuing to perform and study dance in the city.

Having studied various styles of dance, Monica’s passion is ballet technique and contemporary. Her goal is to give to others what a dance education has given her in life. Through teaching dance, Monica provides a space where dancers can hone their craft, find their own passion, and have fun. Monica has her 200 hour yoga teaching certification.

BALLET, LYRICAL, JAZZ, TAP, ACRO

Kim Piagentini began her dance training at an early age in Northern New Jersey, where she regularly advanced her skills in New York City. She has had extensive training in many dance styles, including Pointe, Tap, Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz, Hip Hop and Ballroom.

At age 14, Kim competed as the captain of her high school cheerleading squad, holding national titles all four years. At 16, she was hired with the NJ based entertainment group, Music Unlimited, to perform at private events and venues throughout New York and New Jersey. At 18, Kim was awarded choreographer of Fairfield University's Dance Team. Her choreography has been showcased at events throughout the country, including locally in Webster Bank Arena in CT and Madison Square Garden in NYC.

Kim began her teaching career at The Maywood Dance Center in NJ, teaching tap, ballet and jazz. After graduating from Fairfield University in 2000 and Sacred Heart University in 2003 with a masters in elementary education, Kim split her time teaching 3rd grade at Coleytown Elementary School in Westport, CT and guest instructing dance classes in studios throughout Fairfield county.

Kim moved to Guilford in 2003 and began her career as a 3rd grade teacher in Killingworth Elementary School. In 2018, she was excited to accept the opportunity to join the Limelite family. Kim adores being a part of the Limelite tradition. She loves passing her love of dance to the children in this community. Kim’s hope is to encourage each student to find their own unique artistic expression and passion. Kim is raising three children in the Guilford community, all of whom love dancing at Limelite.

ACRO, JAZZ, TAP, HIP HOP, BALLET, LYRICAL

Gracey has been dancing since the age of 4 at Limelite Dance. Studio and it remains one of her greatest joys. She specializes in jazz, hip hop, contemporary, lyrical, tap, and acrobatics. Greacy’s impressive performance history includes appearances at Walt Disney World Parade, Times Square, Mohegan Sun Arena, Foxwoods Casino, Providence Dunkin’ Donuts Center, Uconn, Yale, Webster Bank Arena, The Epcot Theater, and many more. She began teaching by assisting Miss Tracy and at 16 independently led classes and choreographed performances showcased stage.

Beyond the studio, Gracey is dedicated to her studies and recently graduated from Providence College with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, aspiring to attend medical school. She co-founded The Limelite Project “Girls for Girls” in 2019, raising over $18,000 for local women’s organizations - a cause close to her heart.

Gracey’s classes emphasize learning social skills, fostering confidence and supporting peers. All of her students feel the love of the Limelite Family. Teaching dance has been incredibly rewarding, as it combines her love for the art with her passion for educating others.

TAP, JAZZ, BALLET, HIP HOP

Jenna began her dance training at an early age. Growing up in North Branford, CT, she attended and studied dance at Steppin’ Out Dance Center in Branford. She danced at the studio for 15 years before attending Southern Connecticut State University in 2005. While in college she took dance classes and learned different styles of dance and movement including Zumba, kickboxing, and yoga. Jenna majored in special education and behavior analysis. Jenna became a special education teacher in 2010 and is now teaching Cheshire, CT.

Jenna is now the mom of two Limelite stars and has loved watching every minute of them learn dance!

Jenna is thrilled to join the Limelite staff and help other students identify their love for dance and build confidence. She hopes to help them develop skills to become the best dancers they can be!

Natalya began dancing at the age of four at Steppin' Out Dance Center in Branford, Connecticut, where she studied tap and ballet. As she continued dancing, she discovered a passion for hip-hop and went on to dance throughout high school and college. Growing up in Guilford, CT, Natalya served as captain of the Guilford High School Dance Team before continuing her love of dance with the dance club at Salve Regina University.

Natalya graduated from Salve with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and minors in Special Education and Spanish. She is currently pursuing her master's degree in School Counseling at Southern Connecticut State University. She is also a fifth grade teacher in East Haven, where she loves helping students build confidence, take on new challenges, and discover their potential.

Dance has always been one of Natalya's favorite ways to express herself, stay active, and have fun. She was thrilled to find Limelite and reconnect with her passion through the studio's adult hip-hop classes, and she is excited to now be part of the Limelite family.

Natalya loves working with children of all ages and strives to create a classroom where every dancer feels safe, supported, and encouraged to step outside of their comfort zone. She hopes her students leave each class with new skills, greater confidence, and, most importantly, a love for dance.

Laney Salvo has been dancing since the age of three, and dance has grown into her greatest passion. She has trained extensively in hip hop, jazz, contemporary, lyrical, ballet/pointe, tap, and acrobatics.

Throughout her dance career, Laney has had the opportunity to perform for professional basketball, lacrosse, football, and baseball organizations. She has also performed at prestigious venues and events across the United States, including: Walt Disney World Parades. The Saint James Theatre on Broadway in New York City. Featured dancer in Times Square, New York City, Madison Square Garden, MetLife Stadium, Mohegan Sun, Foxwoods Resort Casino, Providence Dunkin’ Donuts Center, Webster Bank Arena, Yale University, EPCOT Theater, Downtown Disney.

In addition to performing, Laney has worked alongside Carly and Brooke on the Limelite Project, a charitable initiative that has raised more than $80,000 to support organizations serving abused women and children.

Laney is dedicated to continuing her growth as both a dancer and performer, and she is excited to share her passion for dance with others.
