Cheri Forbush ~ Instructor   Cheri began her dance training with Mary Morlock in East Hartford, CT, the same teacher who mentored the infamous Frank Hatchett.  Cheri has studied many forms of dance, including tap, ballet, jazz, lyrical, African, hip-hop and music theater.  She began dancing competitively at the age of eight and has received many awards and medals. Cheri has been fortunate to study with various amazing talents; such as, Gus Giordano, Henry LeTang, Savion Glover and Mia Michaels.  She attended Elon University, where she majored in Broadcasting and minored in dance. While at Elon Cheri had the opportunity to perform with a liturgical dance company and traveled to London to study dance.  Cheri has taught for several studios within Connecticut and has also choreographed numerous musicals for local community theaters and also choreographed for the Guilford High School.  Recently, Cheri has been working with The Chapeau Rouge Dance Project in East Hartford.  She has three beautiful little girls who also share her love of dance.  Cheri is very excited to be joining the dance family at Limelite Studio.
